Comprehensive evaluation: I want to aim for the GY effect, but the increase value is subtle.
There is little meaning to aim for 400 up at the time of activation.
I want to aim for 800 up by activating with GY, and will I aim from his GY fertilizer like Lightsworn?
However, the turn sent to GY is not allowed only on your own turn, so there are many restrictions on enhancement, and even if you use it offensively, it will take a turn.

For that reason, the effect is plain, and although it has a strengthening effect, the numerical value is subtle.

GY It's nice to have an exclusion effect, but the beginning is as low as 400 up. Moreover, it's too painful that his GY exclusion effect is limited to his own turn. It would have been better if I could use the turn that fell to GY and use the GY exclusion effect on the opponent's turn as well.

Cards that are useful even when used as a hand cost in Trap were rare... but 《Breakthrough Skill》and Skill Prisoner appeared later.
What this card does is raise his ATK, so what it's doing is completely different, but I still get the impression that this card's effect is less influential than those.
In particular, it is a subtle point that it only increases by 400 when used alone as it is.
Still, there is a way to coexist with his other GY-activated traps, and it can be considered in a deck that uses traps as a hand cost or a deck that is good at GY fertilizer.
